Why I did a happy dance this morning
I stepped on the scale this morning, waited those agonizing 10 seconds for it to beep, and stared at the number.
Down 3 pounds in just over two weeks!
I've been eating cleaner.
Showing up to the gym consistently.
And getting deeper, more restful sleep that has me waking up feeling human again.
I've got more energy, have clearer thinking, and better focus.
But let me be honest with you ...
I didn't hire a coach because I thought I knew what I was doing.
I hired him because I knew I was completely clueless.
I knew I wanted to get healthier.
To lose weight. Have more energy. Get stronger. Sleep better.
But I had zero idea how to make any of that happen without spinning my wheels for months.
So I found someone who had the knowledge I was missing.
And I made the investment.
Not just in coaching ... but in better food, gym time, supplements, and actually doing the work.
Because let's be real ... eating cleaner isn't easy.
Showing up to the gym consistently takes effort - especially when it's not where you really want to be.
These changes required a real commitment from me.
My coach showed me the protein-to-calorie ratios I should be targeting, gave me workout routines that don't make me dread the gym, and helped me figure out food combinations that work with my lifestyle, not against it.
Two weeks in, I'm already seeing results that would've taken me months to figure out on my own.
Speaking of getting expert help...
Last month, I reached out to a coach because she had a broken link in her emails. That conversation led to me working with her one-on-one about poor engagement.
I made one simple adjustment.
The next day, her open rates jumped from 32% to 59%.
Over the following five days, I made some more tweaks and by the end of that time period, we reactivated 5% of her dormant subscribers.
Last week, I reviewed someone's Hit The Inbox audit results.
4,600 subscribers haven't opened their emails in over 3 months.
That's nearly half their list.
They're making 30% of their revenue from email right now.
Small tweaks could easily push that to 50%.
Whether we're talking about health or email marketing ...
Having someone who knows what they're doing can save you months of frustration and get you results faster than you ever thought possible.
If you want to see more people register for your webinars (and actually show up) ...
If you want to see your sales increase ...
If you want to schedule more appointments and get people to show up for those ...
If you want to bring in more revenue from the products and services you're selling ...
I have room to help two more clients.
But just like my health journey ... this requires a real investment and commitment to doing the work.
Send me an email if you're ready and want to chat.
